"水棲 suisei" 個展｜水犀 mizusai  2021. 1. 9 sat→1. 17 sun 12:00-19:00 

2021年最初の企画展は、長野県軽井沢で作陶している岡野里香さんの個展です。今展では、水をテーマに制作した作品が水犀に並びます。

水は様々な形に変化をします。海から雲になり、雨に変わり、霧となり、地上に降りて、私たちの体内を潤す水になります。
沈殿する日々の感情を、深い泉のような釉薬に投影し、光によって昇華させたいと願っています。

The first exhibition in 2021 is a solo exhibition of Ricca Okano, a ceramic artist in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture. In this exhibition, works created on the theme of water will be displayed at Mizusai. 

Water changes into various forms. From the sea to clouds, rain, fog, and then down to the ground, it becomes the water that moistens our bodies. I would like to project the daily emotions that precipitate into the glaze like a deep spring, and sublimate them with light.
